Great team to work with, flexibility, immediate management excellent, cohesed team. Always received help and further training when needed
Cons
Too much paperwork and procedures when there is little staff to actually deal with new arrival cases. Office building dated, uniform changes too often, impacting on already budgeted resources. Night shifts should be bettr paid and rewarded
