Great place to work, but heavily dependant on team/management - Ho Home Office Employee Review

A lot of flexibility in how, when and where I worked. My management was very understanding of how the team worked best. We worked hard when it was busy, but made the most of quiet periods too. Luckily with my role I had a lot of say in how best to complete the job, and ideas were always for improvement were always welcomed too.
