Training could use some work, I got trained for the wrong workstream spent 8 weeks training to be put on something different, had to be trained on the job by my team Changes in policy and guidance is black and white no room to really discuss or argue with the higher ups Moving up is HARD the interview process and preparing for it is daunting Work can be bland and brain meltingly boring Absolute job worths that hate people simply talking are always in the office
