      Management see's opportunities to grow their workforce. There are many individuals who started on the shop floor who have moved to staff positions and grown exponentially from there.

      Cons

      Long hours and deadlines despite shortages to be able to meet deadlines. This can lead to an imperfect work/life balance. Best suited for individuals willing to prove their merit.
