chaotic or not existing processes daily finger pointing when something doesn't work as planned payment could be better in comparision, what employer asks for

What I like most about working for Palfinger is that even though I am a quite young employee, I really am able to bring in my own ideas. The work atmosphere within my department is great and the compensation is also quite good.

Cons

In my work area the work load is quite high. The internal communication is also something that could be better.

Pros

The people are all very nice here. It's international and you get to work with people from many countries around the world. Everyone is helpful and willing to help you learn. The people are also very proud to work here.
