      Heartless, Directionless and Complacent

      Pros

      - It is one of the biggest brand in the world. Should look good on your resume. - Benefits should be good (wrong)

      Cons

      - If you are a yes man, you will be treated as part of the family. If you have ideas that contradict with what they say, then you better watch your back. - No training at all. Learn to swim on your own - Did not see increment or bonus for many years - They are really heartless when they don't need your service - People working there has this cult like behavior. They believe that everything in Palfinger is the best, even when facts prove otherwise. - Management does not make an effort to improve working relationship among new and old colleagues. On the contrary, they will add oil to the fire to make things worse and help justify that what the old employees are doing is correct.

      I was working for their subsidiary Megarme in Dubai - salary on time and multicultural environment

      Cons

      Stay under the radar environment expected. I got terminated after I complained to HR about verbal abuse from our General Manager publicly
