Pros
As a support engineer we had t he chance to work closely with Microsoft clients and their products. Interact with escalation engineers and learn about different tools and resources.
Cons
Pay was $14 and they refused to give you any increase. The demand was huge for a small team, so you were expected to handle a lot of tickets simultaneously with constant meetings (internal and external) to solve the issues. Management pressure was constant to improve SLA without any understanding of the situation. There was no benefits, medical, 401k or any other bonuses.
