Pros

There are great people who work there, who like to have fun. Employee driven initiatives can be a lot of fun, and there's always room to make suggestions.

Cons

Where to start... well, if you like being told that you are worthless by your manager, then this is the place for you. On site management has been nasty to people, from individual managers who demand respect but treat their team like garbage, to HR who makes their own rules, on the fly, as they see fit, rather than having logical discussions and getting employee feedback. There is alot of drama and crap-talking, which happens in most work places, but within 3 months, there were people at odds with each other. There have been SEVERAL employees who have made scenes, told off others, stormed out and been threatening. This is a direct result of the poor site management. The owner of the company has been named in the Panama Papers, detailing how they keep money off shore. Oh, and forget about a raise or promotion. The people who get promoted are liars who embellish their accomplishments. As for raises, dont hold your breath. If you get "moved up" on a team, and would see maybe a slight increase, they make you wait at least two checks (TWO MONTHS) before you see anything. It took over 6 months to discuss the possibility of a cost of living wage for those who had been there for over a year, and there was still no answer. Promised a 401k within 6 months, took over a year due to HR sitting on their hands.

Call center without the phones

Pros

It’s isn’t technically a call center. Lots of food. I actually happen to love my actual job function (through the client) and will probably go do this same job, through the client directly, for twice as much pay.

Cons

Low pay, everything else is very much a call center, worse drama than Xerox had, SEVERE CULT LIKE MENTALITY. Every single good review here is written by someone they had to BEG “please go leave a good review! We desperately need it!” Or by management themselves. I walk into work everyday wondering if they love me or hate me that day. It’s like the sun and the moon, one day you are doing great and they think you’re amazing, then the next day they berate you and tear you down. I see at LEAST one person a day cry because of how they are treated. Half the managers are gone and the team stuck manager-less, while the other half treat you like trash. Unfortunately what one reviewer said was true, the owner of the company told everyone that “$200 a month is nothing. You won’t even notice it”. He, a rich man, said that to a whole lot of struggling people ( in case you were wondering it didn’t go over well) oh and also he mentioned that my team in particular had no growth coming and no new opportunities will ever arise. He is more concerned about opening a new, off shore site, solely to line his pockets while we sit here and suffer because he won’t even shell out a decent benefits package for us. Yeah, if you need benefits be prepared to give away more than half your paycheck for less than mediocre coverage. If you have mental health issues already I suggest running as far away as you can; this place will make it worse. And if you are lucky enough to not struggle with mental health issues, still run as far away as you can!!!! You will develop them quickly! Everyone always says bad reviews are written by disgruntled ex-employees. Just remember, I’m not one of those.... I will walk into work Monday quietly, and act like I never wrote this. Please heed our warnings!!! This is a 3rd party (outsourced) company where they contract for different clients, which I suggest to never work at unless absolutely necessary.

Favoritism and delusion and drama but no money

Pros

Company Events are Fun Some really good talented people work here. flexible schedule depending on the team you work for

Cons

Management has escorted people off of the premises for next to nothing but if somebody on the Employee Initiative team puts in their two week notice they have two weeks free pass to complain about site management, hr, and site trainers, as well as their coworkers loudly, at their desk, and they won’t get the usual treatment. In fact, they’ll get a going away party. You’re pretty safe in that club but don’t get excited. They don’t let anybody in. it’s all the same people The owner literally just told our entire team that we’re doing great but we won’t be getting raises because “You wouldn’t even notice the extra 200 a month after a while. You would get too used to it” No upward movement. No position is safe. Clients are constantly questioning their contracts with the company Admin staff says they’re open door but are too busy (with what I guess is terrible company infrastructure) to actually be open door Get used to the phrase “thank you for your patience” while the company figures out how to be a company did I mention the owner is named in panama papers? There will be a super positive review after this written by somebody close with management to offset this negative review and I can guarantee they will try to find out who wrote this
