Pros

You get to suffer along side 80 other people

Cons

- promises of promotion that end up not happening -new projects and responsibilities without compensation -encouraged to apply to positions that just get filled by friends of higher ups -no pay increases -no overtime -poor benefits -poor managers that play favorites and create an unenjoyable work environment -a lot of feel good talks and false encouragement

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your role. I'm happy to announce that one of your co-workers was just promoted to a manager position as of June 1st. Outside of your specific department our goal is hire 50% of our leadership from within and the other 50% external in order to diversify the experience in the leadership pool. I recognize that in your area only 1 out of the 5 have been promoted, but there are other internal promotions happening as well (for example, the person that just moved into a manager position came from the SME's - which will open up this position for an internal candidate as well). I am available to review the bonus plan with you at any time - just ask for 30 minutes on my calendar and I'm happy to review it with you for clarity!

Pros

I would say aside from the obvious technical experience and being entry level, you learn a lot about collaborating, effective communication, with the opportunity to work as a vendor for one of the largest tech giants in the world.

Cons

Global leadership is highly disorganized and unaccountable. During my time, I experienced constant turnover—six managers and two site OMs—which led to a lack of stability and direction. Communication was poor and frequently changing, yet frontline staff were blamed for the chaos. Team Managers openly spoke disrespectfully to engineers with no consequences, even in front of senior leadership. KPIs were on trashy white boards, public display and used to shame rather than support growth, and 1:1s were conducted publicly, discouraging honest dialogue. We were also pressured to write positive Glassdoor reviews and questioned if we declined. Feedback surveys felt performative, with no visible follow-through or improvement plans. Meetings were excessive, unproductive, and often disrupted actual work. “Fun” activities felt forced and out of touch. Ultimately, only upper management seemed to benefit. Opportunities for advancement or meaningful rewards were minimal unless you were part of the inner circle. It's a small club and you are not invited. At least we could compete for a mediocre bonus though, amirite? 😉

Pros

There are once a month birthday cakes. You can add "I.T." to your job title If you worked in a call center before, you'll fit right in.

Cons

Just read the other reviews to get a better idea of the company culture. Notice how no one really has positive things to say. Believe them.

Very sorry to hear that you have been with the company for over a year and the company doesn’t seem to be a good fit for you. If you haven’t done so already, we would encourage you to bring your concerns to your site leaders to identify where the gaps are. We are not an inbound call center – but since we provide technical support to fortune 500 companies there can be many overlapping similarities – like putting the Customer’s needs first and meeting our client’s Service Level Requirements. One of our Values is “Customer First” – and we are obsessed with meeting our Customer’s expectations when they a problem that has caused them to contact us.
