Pros

At the beginning 1 year after the USA branch opened I really loved working here as a fresh graduate. Good entry level opportunity, if you have no experience. Room for career growth, if you are cut out. The MSFT Team is more like a family than co workers. Nothing is handed to you here you must earn it. Simply showing up won’t cut it.

Cons

Something changed when the initial leadership team left. The COO has her own agenda and cut loose the people that really helped build Tek. It didn’t make any sense, things were going good. Morale was at an all time high and the boom they got rid of their leadership with no warning. They were however provided with a good severance, but they had so much to offer still. The global leaders are too busy to focus on their company and let the influence of their clients run every single part of Tek. Heck they are in a different country every month. The local leadership has no mentors when the global leadership is never around. What happened?

Pros

Next to none. They have removed all flexibility that the company used to have and have enforced an RTO mandate that had a bigger negative effect than anything else. They claim to have a great culture. But that solely exists between senior management and above. They couldn't care less about their employees, their salaries and benefits package clearly shows that. There is not a single pro or good thing I can state about this company.

Cons

No flexibility Full time in office for a role that doesn't require it. Unsure of what's going to happen from day to day. Upper management makes knee jerk reactions to any issue that's big enough for them to notice. Company is trying to expand into other areas without perfecting the one they are currently in. Clear and concise communication does not exist unless you have a decent manager. Every time a decision is made, be ready for them to go back on it completely or make it unbearable for a normal human (ie not being able to use your backpack that's issued to you to carry your company supplied equipment to your desk from the "locker room") Zero room for advancement. You get to wait for your superiors to die or get fired before a position MIGHT open.

Pros

Might be good for some people with no IT background. BUT finding a company where you can grow with is better than this. Also could be OK for someone who is actively looking for another job

Cons

- Management don't care about employees. - Low pay -Stressful environment -You are treated based on how well you did in one day/week. -You are promised bonuses, only a small percentage of them are true. -No equal pay, different people hired at the same time for the same role, one gets pay more than the other. They will say based on experience, NOT TRUE. -Growth is limited.
