This is a great company to work for! I have worked at other start-ups and it is very commendable to see a company so focused on employee engagement so early in their life cycle. For those that want to make a difference, this is the place to do it! Life (and your career at this company) is what you make of it. If you work hard and have a positive attitude, you will go far here. For those that think they can come in with a bad attitude, do marginal work, have a negative affect on the climate and get rewarded for it will be highly disappointed - not just HERE, but everywhere you go in life. You can't be a thorn and expect great rewards ! I saw that someone stated, "Misery loves company here." I would counter that by saying that Misery seeks out and tries to "poison" company. Those that complain the loudest are also the ones that cause the most issues. I have NEVER witnessed favortism here, but that is a typical comment from those that cause the majority of the issues. Those that promote do so by making the biggest difference. That's the way it is supposed to work, right? You get what you give here, and I personally appreciate a rewards system that recognizes the difference. Somebody also posted that they throw parties and the employees can't attend them. This is completely untrue. The needs of the business have to be met as well, but everyone gets to partake if they want to. Don't choose not to attend and then complain about it folks! I also need to reply to the comment someone made saying, "They change your schedule, and you don't know until you show up late." That is absurd and has never happened here. The leadership team works hard to help anyone that needs it and I have witnessed this first hand. If you want to work for a company that provides a family environment, and takes care of their own, come join us. You will love it here!
