Cons
Resting areas need redesign. Its not only to rest, you should be able to distress. The environment in this area should relax you, overall the experience needs to be tailored with this in mind. Tek should pay Engineers an engineering salary, not a fast-food restaurant wage. ITIL, ITSM implementation is an urgent matter as the company grows fast-paced.
