Be careful - Technical Support Advocate TeKnowledge Employee Review

New management was brought in to basically fire all the old staff and reduce the pay of our department. People get fired randomly, polices/rules change everyday with no concern for the lower-level employees. Despite my team being constantly overworked and held to higher expectations than other groups, we were daily berated for not meeting whatever numbers management had blindly agreed to that month. I wouldn't expect this branch of Tek Experts to last long.
