Management was writing reviews for themselves, this is funny and sad at the same time Tek is like a modern day slavery, TCNs are hired with extremely low salary compared to the market, and everyone starts as a junior with the lowest salary, even if the person has years of experience. TCNs are left with a choice of either “obey” or “leave” Site management is always “scared” of off-site management and agrees to anything they say even if the decisions might impact negatively on the site. Management deals with every issue as “if you’re not happy then leave” No raise whatsoever, and people doing the same job might have different salaries as well. Being overloaded is natural, so you might end up not having breakfast/lunch just cause the customers are screaming, or being contacted after working hours/on your holiday/your sick leave... just to answer questions related to work. There are no benefits provided, I think this is one of the cheapest companies I have worked in. Everything gets calculated according to a very small budget, lots of things (events, fruits, breakfast...) were stopped without notifying the employees, and employees were blamed for consuming "too much milk per day" next thing is they will put a limit on how many times you go to the bathroom and how much tissues you are using there. This is shameful!
