Pros

Everyday is challenging with new principles to learn about azure regardless of the POD assigned to you. KPIs are set to make engineers stay challenged and be productive whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Engineers are provided with tools and resources to ensure work is carried out efficiently. If you want to be challenged and learn more about azure as well as provide support, then this is the place for you.

Cons

Despite the opportunities to grow and learn, it should be stated that benefits and salary disparity is a big issue at Tek Expert Nigeria. Management is only focused on engineers doing the best but do not care about rewarding employees significantly. Management reward engineers with peanuts and expect 150% work input. Engineers are given only 10 days leave in a whole year. Public holidays are not observed and engineers are required to work even on Christmas day. Employees in Nigeria branch are treated as garbage as compared to other engineers globally. Management is only interested in pleasing Microsoft rather than its staff who carry out the main support.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
