6yThank you for your feedback. When an employee is accused of wrong doing, our HR department completes a complete investigation as an unbiased third party. Once all the facts are gathered, HR works with the site leadership to make a final decision on actions taken. I won't say we get it right all the time, but we certainly do our best to make the right decision on our move-forward strategy. Of course, these investigations are confidential, and the details of our findings would not be shared outside of the affected party.
