      - Good Work life balance - Operation Manager and Managers for the team are supportive and ready to help in best way. - Learn from training and get good hands on experience in Windows, Office 365 Administration, Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, ticketing system and various other tools for troubleshooting.

      Cons

      Pay should increase along with the experience and performance.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
