      Peanut salary. I mean come one!!! Salary is rubbish. Although, the people managing the Nigerian office feed fat. Nigerian management teams act like gods. They act and talk without reasoning Unbelievable targets. CSAT of 4.8. Must close 3 cases a day. Favouritism when it comes to promotions They should sack Vayen and Gbola. They are the canckerworms in that company. The new Swedish Jack Bauer they brought is just a figure head. We know those calling the shots.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
