      Opportunities for career advancement, Lots of IT learning, Fast growing business, Strong partnership with Microsoft, State of the art working environment with a rich culture, Gold plan HMO/Pension/NHF/Staff bus

      Cons

      Salary not up to standard. Less transparent management. Inability to retain competent staff/Overstaffing. Startup with poor structure.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
