      Pros

      Good for entry level people.

      Cons

      They expect a lot for very little in return. Avoid salary positions, as they expect a lot of work from you with very little to no increase in pay and very little ops to move vertically.

      Thank you for your feedback. At Tek Experts we believe in a Meritocracy philosophy - meaning 'pay for performance'. In 2020 just here in the US we grew our headcount by over 25% for just that year, bringing us to over 600 employees. During that time, over 30% of our staff also received promotions to new positions, while an additional 20% of our employees received pay increases for their performance. We do indeed offer monthly opportunities for gift cards as well as a thank you for a job well done!

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
