      The demanding nature of the job makes it difficult to learn anything other than that related to the job you were hired to do No uniformity in Employee payment scheme Remuneration is not commensurate to the tasking nature of the job

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
