      Conducive work environment, lot of learning resources

      The Engineers are underpaid, compare to the input they put in, especially the tenured Engineers are been paid less than the new guys

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
