      You get a job and a stable income. You gain professional experience. Sometimes, free access to certification vouchers.

      Cons

      A toxic place to work. Management does not give you bonuses and overtime payment as promised and agreed. Drains you mentally. Too much politics. Zero work life balance. Forget about your social life.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
