      Pros

      Support is always available. You would be trained on the job. There's good health benefits for workers.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. No work -life balance. You do not get to grow on the job as managers don't want you surpassing them. It's a learn and leave environment. The pay is not good compared to the work you do. The company has a work the employee to the bones policy and employees are not really valued.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
