      you get to learn but turns to routine great minds has the best set of Tech pros in Nigeria

      Toxic environment Very bad salary structure and very greedy management Very poor pay for Nigerians. Earn between 0.8 to 1$ per hour No monetary compensation for exceeding and meeting targets Politicized environment

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
