      you can get to meet very nice people, it's a place where they will give you an opportunity without prior experience

      Cons

      salary, management is not very good, it'll only be a nice environment if you land on a good team with a good manager, most people through time get into this mindset of stressing out of nowhere

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
