1. Poor salary 2. Everyone is paid a different amount depending on your previous salary and bargaining skills 3. Very little growth 4. After a year 5,000 naira was added to my salary, some got an increment of 3,000 naira. 5. Some people are paid less than 100,000 naira monthly. 6. They keep adding more products to support without any form of incentive. 7. Staff don’t observe public holidays. 8. Toxic working culture. 9. Too much pressure and less material to achieve the desired result. We kept requesting for labs to work for almost a year before we finally got them. 10. Documentation for the supported products are slow. 11. It feels like colonization all over again because the senior/foreign colleagues have to give your promotion a go ahead before you can be promoted. 12. Too much politics 13.
