      Pros

      Ideal for someone that just left the university and wants to explore the tech space. Else, if you are not in this category, I do not recommend you work there.

      Cons

      The targets and work condition would make you burn out this is 100% for sure. In addition, you will no doubt get high blood pressure working to meet those targets. And finally, the salary is not uniformed - someone in your team that is working the same job and picking the same ticket would earn higher than you!

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
