      Tek-Experts hires anyone who is capable of handling responsibilities. It is a diverse company.

      Cons

      They should consider having anonymous survey to hear how people feel. Whether they are happy or not and consider their suggestions.

      Hello and I hope you are well. Apologies for my delay in responding. It is always great to hear the things we do well at Tek and with that what we could improve on. I hope you had a chance to complete our annual Employee Engagement Survey which provides that anonymous outlet you suggest for people to express their thoughts and feelings. As we go through 2024 we will look to do more regular 'pulse' surveys so we know where we can improve, and as I always say to my team, this feedback does not need to be anonymous or wait for a survey, always happy to meet and hear your thoughts - that includes about salary.       Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
