How can same Tek Experts be paying engineers in USA about $70k P.A and paying engineers in Nigeria (a dollar driven economy) less than $3k P.A for the same if not more work! That is inhumane, callous and plain wicked! Entire Teams, Managers, Engineers, Technical Leads are running away. Support floors are getting empty and being replaced by hurried and inexperienced people who were rushed through a 1 month training and pressured to deliver on the same level as tenured engineers. That office is a mental prison, hell hole and worse. I will advise anybody planning to or has applied to them in Lagos, Nigeria to please, stay at home, watch youtube, udemy, etc, learn Microsoft products and then apply to other Partners and get paid much more at the very least.
Regardless of how you feel, you are forced to come to work, no holidays, I repeat no single holidays. You can abruptly be pulled out of your work and forced to undergo training for another Line of Business regardless of if that is your specialty or passion because it is what the business needs and why would the business suddenly need that? The answer is simple! A lot of people are resigning everyday. Every single day!!! Engineers are resigning in bulk, Technical Leads are resigning in bulk, Team Managers are resigning in bulk as well.
