Pros

The fact that most of employees in the company are not happy with their payment, bonus and other benefits, gives you the opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult scenarios and conversations that can be applied anywhere else and gets you prepared for the worst and succeed in many leadership positions.

Cons

Low payment ranges for entry level engineers. In the other hand SMEs and TLs get same or even better salaries than Managers

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
