      Pros

      A typical BPO company. I’ve worked on 2 Microsoft projects - pay was ok for people with additional language (besides English), young colleagues (can be a con too), not the brightest and smartest, typical benefits - sport card, additional health care, can leave and do not think about work until the next day, colleagues liked to socialize among themselves

      Cons

      due to confidentiality restrictions - all phones remain in lockers outside of where you work, very dynamic and stressful, management is mediocre (as is in most corporations), great turnaround of employees, 0 flexibility to step away and go to a doctor’s appointment or run a personal errand

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
