      -Chance to learn with their academy.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement. -Bad overall management. -Excesive workload and don't pay for extra hours, they deny needing more employees to cover excesive duties. -More than 13 working hours only paying 8.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
