      Proximity, hybrid work, Constancy. Flexible schedule. Time to be able to work on tasks. Multiple growth options.

      Cons

      Salaries, you can grow only in the same software engineer or managerial positions. The times of salary increase are very long in relation to the inflation of the country.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
