      Easy job Schedule Freedom, you can choose when do you want to go to lunch or break. Relax area with Futbolin Coffee area in Condal or Tejar It can be useful if you want to go to Microsoft or AFZ company then Good work environment

      Cons

      Low salary Sometimes can be stressful and overloaded Micromanagement No training at all (something relevant), you start from scrath without knowledge.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
