      Pros

      Good place and environment. Opportunity to learn new skills

      Cons

      Growth and promotions are awarded in unfair manner. I have been working as a single engineer, fulfilled all required performance but still can't get promotion from L1 to L1 which must be something unpleasant as it has been 1 year after I got promised about the promotion. Salary is also something you can't recommend anyone else to join the company.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
