      Great coworkers Learning new things is inevitable You never get bored as you see different topics/issues daily

      Cons

      No overtime Sometimes metrics seem to be more important than you as a person No compensation for activies that are not measurable

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
