      They help us work together hand in hand to solve complex challenges (stronger together) They help us give constructive feedback, treat people with equity and fairness and also standing up for what is right. (We care) The company also gives an opportunity to learn new skills and gain more knowledge plus achieve several certificates that could help us in the future

      Cons

      Some times we are limited to some technologies according to which client you working with (ex: Microsoft or OpenText)

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
