      Pros

      -Supportive team -The people that works there makes easy for the new team members to start the journey in the IT word

      Cons

      -I guess the most seen con here is the compensation, which does not compensate the amount of work you do and the skills each engineer has, -Another point is that they do not have an attractive bonus or rewards for the best performance engineers which I think can be better handle

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
