      Rapid changes may require employees to adapt: The pace of innovation and frequent service updates can be a learning curve for some employees — though it keeps the company at the cutting edge.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
