      Pros

      Good place to start, learn and grow in IT career HMO is good.

      Cons

      Work is suppose to be flexible, but too many blockers like move from one line of business to another. Manager and Engineer relationships need to improve. No witch-hunt Salaries should be reviewed as well in line with the economic situation

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
