      Competitive, although not industry-leading salaries. Good culture. Management is ok. Salary bumps after time milestones

      Management can improve. The chairs are really really bad.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
