      Pros

      Was an excellent opportunity for younger employees to get experience and certifications. The work was challenging but rewarding and definitely set people up for success moving forward in their careers

      Cons

      The general company culture was difficult. Policy inconsistencies and enforcement was haphazard. There seemed to be new initiatives monthly. Direct managers were hamstrung be ever-changing guidance and seemed to be more akin to hall monitors than actual managers. Approvals for every staff decision had to be escalated several levels up. Essentially, they had no authority

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
