Pros

Enterprise is a great first job right out of college. Good entry level job to get your foot in the door. The work environment is pretty good depending on your manager and the team you have at the location you work at.

Cons

Can be stressful at times depending on the day and needs for reservations. You'll notice that when it is busy you'll be scrambling around making sure cars are ready, if customers need to be picked up and brought over, answering phone calls and taking care of walk-in customers. I would also say there's a bad work/life balance since you will be working some pretty long hours here.

Money is kind of a pro.

Cons

They make you sign a salary contract which does not pay you proper state over time. They had me working 50 to 60 hours per week. But you only make overtime if you work over 45. The overtime cost was only $3 more than my normal pay. You won't have a life if you take this position.

My group in Pittsburgh was never like this one.

Cons

They claim you can only be fired for doing something unethical, but my management all the way up to Group and Area managers and allowing/implementing a plan where they wont fully close out a contract if they think the customer is unhappy to avoid them receiving a survey in a timely manner.
