Pros
Nice coworkers, talking to/ meeting interesting customers, learn sales pitch/ gain sales experience.
Cons
Long hours, 7am-6pm at home city locations. They transfer trainees to the airport location after a number of months claiming they only send the "best of the best" there. The hours there suck; you rotate through different shifts, but there will be weeks where you won't get out until 1AM, which feels tremendously exhausting when you're at work 10-11 hours a day. You learn more about business management at home city locations, at the airport you're just a ticket walking machine. You can be the greatest salesman but there are days where it's impossible to sell due to the demographic of clientele, which causes management to look down on you. On top of working 10-11 hours daily, you have to keep up with the intensive training/ promotion program they have. Which you have to study for; feels like a stressful college work load all over again. You will literally have no time to do anything else but sleep and work, repeat, sometimes you will not have time to eat. You'd think they'd provide more of a pay incentive for the amount of workload they put you through...
