>The company has great corporate values that are embedded into the business model. These values are applied through day to day business activities. >The progression of personal development in this company is really good. You are able to develop and put your new skills into practice that can make you promotable for future job roles within the company. >Well detailed and clear structured training that helps you understand how you can progress and what is available to you. >Great company for networking. Plenty of opportunities to connect with other fellow employees. In my first week I got to meet the Vice President/ general manger in Q&A. Now that doesn’t often happen when only starting 1 week in.

Cons

>Hours can vary a little and can sometimes be longer then usual. You sometimes may have to stay behind longer if there is outstanding work that has not been completed.

honestly, the only pro about working at this company is the people you work with in your branch because they’re all going through the same horrible experience of working here.

Cons

Basically a massive pyramid scheme - you work Long hours, treated like a number, bullied by higher up employees (especially when you don’t want to work more hours than you have to!), don’t give two sh*ts about your mental health or you in fact.
