This job gives you some good experience with people management and you meet some great co-workers.

Cons

This place is a mess. They lie about what your progression within the management trainee program looks like. They will say ANYTHING to keep you in the program. They say you work 48 hours a week... I was pushing 56-62 most weeks. They allow certain rules for some and different rules for others in regards to promotions. I was fired for passing a drug test because the doctor from the facility told them I had a medical marijuana card despite the fact that I hadn’t used it and tested negative for THC. The company doesn’t give a crap about you or your livelihood and will cut you the moment the feel you aren’t needed.

Discounts and paid time off.

Cons

This is what you call a pyramid scheme. They exploit and use those that don’t have much experience fresh out of college. Tell you it starts at 40k then when you start, it turns into $15 a hour and working over 11 hours a day. Also, you have to dress business professional and wash cars IN THE HEAT AND COLD every day while trying to keep your cool with angry customers and also keep your sales up. Never again.

You're constantly learning new tips/tricks about customer service that will be very useful in the future. You learn how to deal with an array of difficult situations. You will meet some very cool, fun people that will help you throughout your career anywhere.

Cons

You're working hard, cleaning cars in your dress clothes. You're making just enough to eat, sleep and pay the man back for all those student loans.
