Pros
This was a placement year and during this year I had my life drained from me. The long hours and the over expectations from members of management was unreal. The only thing in this rubbish environment was my team. If you're a team player, that will be your downfall in this organisation as you'll come into work to aid your colleagues so their lives are not hell
Cons
This organisation has truly lied and glamorised the life of ERAC. Your work like balance is a joke, you're expected to come into the office around 7:30 and stay till 8, even though you close at 6. You get no rewards, sometimes you receive a free meal after working like a dog all week, but for a car company you don't even get a company car. At the end of the day, the organisation doesn't care about you as a human, but rather their assets in terms of their cars. They expect you to sell sell sell, but you don't get commission until you're an assistant manager. (They don't tell you that at the start) to become an assistant manager, you also need to pass a "grill" this is to become a managing assistant. Overall, Enterprise rent a car is whack and is banned from my university due to several complaints. I was the one that escalated it to the board. Stay away from this company!!! It's easy to get into due to their high turnover rate.
