Pros

None wage is crap, no perks, management treat people badly, no room for improvement. Higher management dont care

Cons

Hated this company, made to feel I was nothing, and worthless, supposed to support the army and the ethics surrounding that they dont care or give a dam about people They dont like disabilities find them a pain. Do not work for this company and DO NOT use as they do everything to get the deposit out of you like scrape the side of the car.

Network Manger In Trainee Program If you are single and with no children you can thrive here.

Cons

Work life balance is non existance in some circumstances. During the tail end of my career my branch was understaffed for 8 months so I was working easily 60 hours a week with no lunch break. This can get tiring.

Being caught in the crossfire of customers upset by decisions made by branch managers. Low compensation
