Pros

Opportunity to grow in the company. Great company culture. There are opportunities to earn bonus money if you're one of the top performers. Discount on rentals.

Cons

Long hours, but they go by quick. If you aren't one of the top performers, limits your ability to earn bonus money.

No work life balance

Pros

There is good upward mobility up until a certain point. The healthcare benefits were good.

Cons

If you work in a major city it is very hard to have a work life balance. The hours should be illegal once you reach assistant management position. I have worked more than 60 hours a week with no over time pay. I went months without ever having a lunch break. On my feet for 12 hours. It's worst at an airport and if you work the night shift. I wouldn't have an opportunity to sit down or eat dinner until we closed after midnight, when I came in at 2:00. There is always that on going lie area managers and upper management always says. We are just understaff for a little bit. "Once we hire one more person then it will get better." nope not true. once you hire that person we will be forced to train him/ her for three weeks then you will transfer one of our other MTs to the airport. Or you will transfer the new hire to the "busier branch"
